Today I want to tell you someting about the Tuckman's Group Development Model.
There are four phrases: Forming - Storming - Norming - Performing.In the first phase the forming of the team takes place. Every person needs to find out what are the expectations and they are trying to give him or her best without working with the other groupmemebers. During the second phase the groupmembers get into conficts with each other because they are focused on theirselfs, they are not open minded and have different oppinions. They must find a solution and spread the work, so that they can successfully do the project. The cooperation is important in the third phase. The people talk to each other and find solutions together. Performing is the last phase where the members want to finish the project and give their top performance.
I think that in reality you do not find every phase in every groupwork, but it seems correct that working with someone needs to be practised, because people have different ideas.
